We start with a full assessment to understand your current state of being. This helps tailor the programME to your needs. Using my expertise in psychoanalysis, Iβll guide you through setting personal goals to ensure your wellness journey is effective and meaningful.

Designed for sustainable change, the six-month journey features in-person sessions every month, with flexible scheduling and locations. SESSIONS WILL BE FOLLOWED UP WITH JOURNALING PROMPTS, video classes, audio files, wellbeing assessments and personalised recommendations TO ENHANCE YOUR EXPERIENCE. youβll also have a fortnightly check-in call to maintain progress.

Monthly Sessions
THE FLOURISHING PROGRAMME CONSISTS OF 6 MONTHLY 1:1 SESSIONS. EACH SESSION IS 60 MINUTES AND TAKES PLACE OUTDOORS AT AN AGREED NATURE-BASED LOCATION IN LONDON.
In-Person / Online
The sessions are designed to TAKE PLACE in-person, immersed in nature. However, if this programME resonates with you and youβre not based in London, I also work with a select number of online clients. In these cases, sessions still take place outdoors in your own natural space, with us connecting via Google Meet (audio only).
Fortnightly Check-Ins
A fortnightly online check-in GIVES YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO share YOUR progress, and ANY challenges as YOU engage with nature-based wellbeing activities. It's designed to provide motivation to deepen the benefits of tHE PROGRAMME
Online Booking System
Booking YOUR sessions is effortless and CAN BE fully aligned with your schedule. With full access to my calendar, you can choose a time that works for you in just a few clicksβno need for endless email exchanges to coordinate dates and times.
Follow Up Tools & Resources
after each session, youβll be sent tools and resources to compliment your 1:1s, including video lessons, audio guides, wellbeing assessments, positive psychology interventions and personalised recommendations.

The total price for the programme is Β£1,500, which includes SIX 1:1 SESSIONS AND SIX CHECK-INS.
