Monthly Sessions
THE GROUNDING PROGRAMME CONSISTS OF 12 MONTHLY 1:1 SESSIONS. EACH SESSION IS 60 MINUTES AND TAKES PLACE OUTDOORS AT AN AGREED NATURE-BASED LOCATION IN LONDON.
In-Person / Online
The sessions are designed to TAKE PLACE in-person, immersed in nature. However, if this programME resonates with you and youβre not based in London, I also work with a select number of online clients. In these cases, sessions still take place outdoors in your own natural space, with us connecting via Google Meet (audio only).
Follow Up Tools & Resources
after each session, youβll be sent tools and resources to compliment your 1:1s, including video lessons, audio guides, wellbeing assessments, positive psychology interventions and personalised recommendations.
